Your tasks You professionally carry out repair, service and maintenance work on motorcycles and scooters of the brands Yamaha, Ducati, Kawasaki and Vespa You lead our five-member workshop team technically on-site and are responsible for the final inspection as well as the quality acceptance of all performed work You approach demanding diagnoses, complex conversions and individual technical solutions independently and in a solution-oriented manner You complete warranty work, recalls and the associated administrative processing reliably and independently You professionally prepare our used vehicles and ensure an impeccable technical and visual condition You create transparent and traceable cost estimates for repair and service work You keep our extensive test fleet in impeccable condition and carry out all service, maintenance and repair work You carefully prepare new vehicles for delivery and ensure that our customers can take over their new bike in perfect condition Your profile You have completed basic training as a Motorcycle Mechanic EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ or a comparable training You bring initial leadership experience in a workshop or are ready to take on responsibility step by step You bring good German skills, every additional language is a plus Teamwork is a matter of course for you – you actively contribute to a strong team spirit You convince with a customer-oriented and professional manner when dealing with customers Your way of working is independent, reliable and efficient What we offer An innovative company in a future-oriented market environment and palpable team spirit Attractive workplace with parking possibilities Promotion of your own further development including support for internal as well as external continuing education Above-average paid absence days as well as 16 weeks of maternity leave and 3 weeks of paternity leave Flexitime model, 5 weeks of vacation (from 50 years old and/or management function: 6 weeks) and consistently paid public holidays, as well as the possibility of purchasing vacation Attractive employee conditions on all products of the hostettler group Diverse discounts with partners (insurances, fleet discounts, courses, tickets, etc).
