Regional Manager Technics (m/f/d) As Regional Manager Technics, you ensure the technical operational readiness of up to 50 ACTIV FITNESS studios in German-speaking Switzerland. You lead a technician team of 4 to 5 employees, coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all infrastructures, and ensure smooth and economical operation together with internal and external partners What you move You take on the technical and organizational leadership of the team and ensure a smooth process in daily operations. You accompany new employees during their entry, train them carefully, and support them in finding their way around quickly in everyday work. You plan your team's assignments foresightfully and are responsible for correct and reliable time tracking. You ensure that all technical systems and devices in the Activ Fitness regions assigned to you are operational and functional at all times. You coordinate planned as well as short-term maintenance and servicing work, implement them, and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and execution. You bear responsibility for compliance with budget specifications, plan material requirements carefully, and coordinate cooperation with external partners. You also pitch in yourself in everyday operations and support repairs to building technology as well as strength and endurance equipment. You take on sub-project management for conversions and ensure the guarantee monitoring of infrastructure and devices. You coordinate cooperation with cleaning companies including quality assurance. What you bring Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) Specialization: Specialist in facility maintenance or similar Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, leadership experience mandatory You bring high technical competence in technical maintenance, ideally in the field of Facility Management, operations, or maintenance. With your confident, professional, and winning demeanor, you create trust and convince in daily exchange with various stakeholders. You have several years of leadership experience and know how to lead employees clearly, motivatingly, and at eye level. You convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a high willingness to take on responsibility even in everyday operations. You communicate confidently, clearly, and appropriately for the target group and bring an open, winning personality. You think and act in a service-oriented manner, remain flexible even in a dynamic environment, and approach changes positively and in a solution-oriented way. You possess a valid driver's license.
