Key Account Manager (m/f) # Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic team and advise companies in their marketing strategies? Then you are in the right place! You will market TV, online, and radio advertising for strong channels such as ProSieben, RTL, 3+, DMAX, M6, or TF1 and manage national clients. Your workplace is in Basel, while actively managing and developing the clientele in the Bern region. With your at least 3 years of experience in the media sector, your commercial talent, and your sense of negotiation, you will win new clients and successfully develop existing partnerships. What awaits you: • Management of an extensive portfolio of existing and potential clients • Management of national and international media agencies • Increase in annual turnover through continuous client follow-up • Implementation of defined sales measures with monitoring of results • Acquisition of new clients in the assigned sales area (from Basel to Bern) • Maintaining contacts during client events and customer relationship management (CRM) • Possibility of flexible work, 5 weeks of vacation with an option for 7 weeks, modern offices, various industry and client events, etc. What we are looking for: • Degree in business management or commercial training, ideally completed by a specialized technical college • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales/field work in the media sector • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss media landscape (TV, radio, OOH, online/mobile) • Personal network of contacts with advertisers • Structured work, sense of closing, communicative, empathetic, and positive attitude as well as the ability to work effectively in difficult situations • Good IT skills (Excel, Salesforce, and Google G-Suite) • Impeccable mastery of German orally and in writing as well as knowledge of English Goldbach Media markets the TV and video sectors.
