Preparatory apprenticeship as plant operator CFC # 100% Reference number 19649 What you can accomplish • You reliably operate and monitor our ultra-modern production and packaging installations. • After each product change, you find the appropriate settings and adapt the installation accordingly. • During your training, you acquire in-depth knowledge in materials science, productivity, quality control, error analysis, and hygiene rules. • You analyze malfunctions, identify potential for optimization, and help improve processes. • Thanks to your commitment, you ensure that our products leave the factory on time, safely, and in the best quality. What you bring • You possess a secondary school diploma or are following a professional preparatory year. • You are passionate about technology and have good manual dexterity. • Rigor and cleanliness are a natural part of your work - especially with food products. • You like working in a team and know how to organize yourself well. • With a good sense of machines and processes, you will quickly find your place in production. • Your German level is at least B1. • Additionally, you are an early riser and mobile, in order to be able to start morning work at 5h00.
