Having its headquarters in Sion, the CPVAL (14-500 active and 7-600 retirees) is one of the key players in the field of pension funds in Valais. As part of its activities, the CPVAL is looking for a RESPONSABLE PRÉVOYANCE Your main missions: • Responsibility. Assume all activities of the CPVAL's pension sector. • Lead the pension sector team (6 people) and provide them with technical, actuarial, and legal support. • Monitor and coordinate work with the professional pension expert. • Ensure the proper application of regulatory provisions and verify their compliance with legal requirements and case law. • Coordinate follow-up with various IT partners to develop management tools, interfaces, and the insured portal. • Ensure communication with the insured, retirees, affiliated employers, associations, the expert, and the CPVAL's bodies. Your profile: • Education. You have a university degree (economics or law) or an equivalent degree (federal diploma as a pension fund manager or expert in occupational pension provision). • Experience. You have significant experience in the field of social insurance and in-depth knowledge of occupational pension provision. • Management. You are recognized for your ability to motivate and unite a team, with a strong decision-making spirit and the ability to develop the potential of your collaborators. • Social skills. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills. You know how to maintain trust relationships with the various stakeholders. • Project management. Your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities and stress allow you to adopt a strategic vision while remaining agile and reactive. You are familiar with the management of IT development projects. • Languages. You master French or German with a very good knowledge of the second language.
