Your area of responsibility Production planning and control Capacity management: overall planning Order processing/management: creation/coordination of production orders Process assurance: order validation, provision of resources, corrective measures in case of deviations Basic data management: maintenance and monitoring of material data relevant to planning Operational purchasing & material disposition Coverage of needs: provision of raw materials, auxiliaries, packaging and consumables as well as customer-provided materials Order processing: complete purchasing process up to invoice validation Supplier management: processing of complaints and creation of consignment invoices Your profile Qualification: completed basic commercial training, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry and/or further training in the field of supply chain/procurement (e.g. process specialist, purchasing specialist) Experience: relevant professional experience in production planning and/or operational purchasing, preferably in an industrial production environment ERP & IT knowledge: in-depth experience with ERP systems (PP/MM module), affinity with MS Office applications (especially Excel) Language skills: fluent German spoken and written, good knowledge of English Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
