CNC Machine Operator - Machining (M/F) at 100%

OROLUX SA is a company active in the production of watch boxes. To strengthen our Machining sector, we are looking for a CNC Machine Operator – Machining (M/F/X) YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE THE FOLLOWING: • Carry out machining operations on CNC machines in accordance with plans, schedules and production documents. • Prepare machines, tools and materials according to defined standards. • Assemble and disassemble cutting tools according to established instructions. • Launch and monitor production while ensuring compliance with defined parameters. • Check the dimensional and visual conformity of produced parts. • Detect defects and perform authorized simple corrections. • Ensure the traceability of operations carried out in computer systems and monitoring documents. • Perform first-level maintenance of equipment. • Report any anomalies, deviations or non-conformities found. • Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and workshop operation. DESIRED PROFILE: You ideally have initial experience in the field of CNC machining, mechanics or micromechanics. Training or basic knowledge in these fields is an asset. What you can do • Read and interpret simple technical plans. • Use conventional measuring and control means. • Work rigorously while respecting manufacturing procedures. • Use common computer tools; knowledge of an ERP or MES is an advantage. • Respect quality, safety and environmental requirements.
