As the true administrative right hand of the structure, you will play a key role in file management, financial monitoring, and coordination with the various stakeholders. Missions Ensure the administrative management and monitoring of requests received via a dedicated platform. Verify the compliance of files and coordinate the collection of necessary documents. Prepare and follow up on communications, mail, and official decisions. Ensure the general secretariat of the organization and the monitoring of administrative archives. Prepare, control, and follow up on payments and disbursements to beneficiaries. Participate in internal controls and the budgetary monitoring of financial commitments. Coordinate exchanges with external partners, service providers, and accounting services. Contribute to the improvement of administrative tools and processes. Candidate Profile Commercial, administrative, or equivalent training. Proven experience in a versatile administrative, coordination, or secretarial role. Strong skills in financial monitoring and file management. Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Comfort with management systems and digital platforms. Excellent writing skills in French. Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and service-oriented personality. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
