What you can achieve with us You will independently take over the counseling and support of adult reintegration – from registration to the completion of the reintegration process. You carefully analyze the initial situation, involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management, and ensure the flow of information. You assign reintegration-effective measures and use your room for maneuver in a goal-oriented manner. You plan, coordinate, and manage cooperation with external bodies such as employers, coaches, BIZ, social services, institutions, or insurance companies. You inform, advise, and support your customers individually, solution-oriented, and empathically with the goal of enabling them to have a new professional perspective. You actively contribute to inter-institutional cooperation and help shape sustainable solutions. Which skills are important to us You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the reintegration field or in a counseling activity, or as a lateral entrant, at least 5 years of leadership activity in related fields. You have a good understanding of the Swiss education system as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented manner. You present yourself empathically, clearly, and convincingly, and can advise and coach in a solution-oriented way. You complete administrative tasks related to case management efficiently and in a structured manner, and value both independent work and exchange within the team. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
