Your new challenges: • Lead management, consulting, and care of existing customers for modernization projects (replacement installations, partial renovations, and complete elevator renovations) • Development of optimal customer solutions and submission and follow-up of offers • Negotiations and closure of modernization deals • Overall project responsibility from creating offers to handing over installations to customers and coordinating with the installation and service department • Handover of the facility to the customer and handling customer complaints Your ideal prerequisites: • Completed technical or commercial vocational training • Several years of sales experience, additional training in sales is an advantage • Several years of experience in the elevator industry or in the sale of investment goods • Project management knowledge • Good knowledge of the field language, other languages are an advantage We offer: • Excellent development opportunities: Personal development is lived at Schindler.
