For our client in the Aargau area, we are looking for, starting from October 2026 and temporary until April 2027 (maternity cover), a: Team Leader Analytical Development (m/f/d) 100% - temporary You benefit from: • Free parking facilities directly on site • Comprehensive and structured induction • Appreciative working environment with collegial team spirit What awaits you: • Technical and personnel leadership of the Analytical Development team with five employees • Planning, execution, and monitoring of method developments, method validations, and method transfers within customer projects • Execution and supervision of stability studies in the development environment • Creation, review, and release of analytical as well as quality-relevant documentation, including validation and transfer documents, development reports, and analytical procedures • Evaluation and review of analytical results taking regulatory requirements into account • Ensuring the timely implementation of projects as well as compliance with applicable GMP and quality standards • Close cooperation with the Galenic Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs departments, as well as with customers and external laboratory partners What distinguishes you: • Completed scientific studies (BSc or MSc), preferably in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field • Several years of professional experience in analytical development within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment • Demonstrable leadership experience in leading small teams • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics, especially in the areas of HPLC, GC, and dissolution • Experience with other common analytical methods for the characterization of solid dosage forms • Very good knowledge of GMP requirements and their practical implementation • Strong quality awareness as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to implement • Strongly communicative personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation You have the talent, we offer the platform!
