To complement our Engineering team in the Medical Interior Components area, we are looking for a committed personality as Development Engineer Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) Our equipment systems are used worldwide in rescue helicopters and support medical teams during demanding missions. In this function, you will undertake the following tasks: Development and further development of our equipment systems for rescue helicopters Design and modeling of assemblies and components (Creo Parametric) Analysis of technical issues and development of constructive solutions in the overall system Development of technical concepts as well as execution of feasibility analyses Interpretation of technical analyses (e.g. FEM) and implementation into constructive improvements Planning and evaluation of tests as well as creation of technical reports Collaboration on development documentation within the framework of aviation and medical product approvals Close cooperation with internal areas such as prototype workshop, purchasing and assembly Ideally, you also bring the following qualifications: Experience in design and development in mechanical engineering Confident handling of 3D CAD (ideally Creo Parametric) Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as interest in the development and further development of technical products Good English skills in spoken and written form Experience in aviation or medical technology is an advantage, but not a requirement. More important to us is solid technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with a regulated development environment.
