As one of the four houses of the "The Tschuggen Collection", our establishment offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four elegant restaurants - including the gastronomic highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault&Millau points & two Michelin stars - and an impressive 5,000 m² mountain spa designed by Mario Botta. YOUR PROFILE • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally as a Chef Concierge or Assistant Chef Concierge in luxury hospitality, preferably in seasonal hospitality • Experience in a 5-star or 5-star superior hotel; knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) standards is an advantage • Common mastery of German and English spoken and written; other foreign languages are a great advantage • Host personality with a strong service and performance orientation and a genuine passion for excellent customer experiences • Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize even in a dynamic environment and always keep an overview • Leadership skills, team spirit and ability to motivate and develop employees • Responsible, reliable and flexible personality with a structured and autonomous way of working • Discreet, sovereign and professional behavior associated with excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance • Developed communication skills, great social competence and a sure sense of international customers' individual wishes • Resilient and solution-oriented personality ? YOUR TASKS • Professional and operational management and development of a concierge team with up to nine employees • Overall responsibility for the organization and smooth operation of the concierge lounge as well as the porter and baggage services • Personal care of our international customers before, during and after their stay - from exclusive restaurant reservations, events and ticket bookings to individual travel planning • Establishment and maintenance of a network of top regional partners to offer our customers unique and tailored experiences • Responsibility for the organization and coordination of ski deposits in close cooperation with our partner Gisler Sport • Competent advice to our customers on regional activities, events and excursion possibilities as well as ensuring professional and personal customer communication • Coordination of all arrival and departure processes, including the porter team, valet service, hotel parking, customer and hotel vehicles • Coordination of customers with the Tschuggen Express hotel cable car • Ensuring excellent customer service in accordance with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) standards and continuously optimizing the customer journey • Close collaboration with reception, customer relations, floor service and other operational departments to ensure a first-class customer experience • Responsibility for administrative tasks in the concierge area, including service planning, quality checks, correspondence and continuous process optimization OUR BENEFITS - What you can expect from us: Attractive staff accommodation near the hotel Offer of balanced menus in our staff trattoria with vegetarian & vegan options 24/7 access to our fitness center Local benefits such as special rates in sports shops, ski passes and much more Special rates for overnight stays in our houses of the "The Tschuggen Collection" as well as in the Swiss Deluxe Hotels Do you feel addressed - Apply now!
