September 2026 Job description We are looking for a Childcare Specialist 60-80% employment start between September and November 2026 We are the "high-percentage" Kita with a tandem model, directly next to the Unitobler bus stop. In our spacious and bright house with a large garden, we offer 48 places in 5 age-separated children's groups. We care for children from 3 months up to school entry. Our children visit the Kita at least three days per week. We are a reflective, open, humorous and flexible team that supports each other even in demanding situations. We offer you a fixed workload of 60-80% in the "Gelb" team. In addition to pedagogical tasks, the position also includes administrative group leadership as well as the supervision of civil service workers and interns. We would be pleased if our new employee also takes on the function as a vocational trainer. What you bring: - You must have completed pedagogical professional training (at least EFZ) and professional experience with toddlers. - You can organize and lead the group independently. - You are a cheerful person with ideas that you enjoy contributing and implementing. - You keep your cool and your humor in hectic situations. - Trustful cooperation with parents is important to you. - You like exchange and the shared bearing of responsibility in a committed team. - You complete household work and administrative tasks efficiently and with energy. - You are looking for a long-term challenge with development opportunities.
