Polymechaniker/in - CNC Production with Team Leadership Function

Activity + Create CNC programs for single-spindle turning centers and complex milling/turning centers with CAM systems independently + Ensure setting up of machines and monitoring of production process + Perform quality checks and continuously optimize processes + Lead a small team and plan their production orders + Support implementation of guidelines and actively participate in projects • Requirements + Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanician EFZ + Experience in turning with systems like WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol and CAM knowledge are advantageous + Pronounced quality awareness and a respectful, team-oriented way of working + Initial experience in resource planning of employees and machines • Offer + Modern machine park with digitized processes and air-conditioned production + Diverse benefits including company-owned fitness center, training support, charging station for e-vehicles and free parking spaces + Flexible working conditions with individual vacation models, unpaid leave and plenty of room for personal responsibility
