Your new job - if you are ready to take on responsibility: You take over technical support in 2nd and 3rd level for internal and external customer infrastructures. In doing so, you maintain and optimize network and security infrastructures and ideally bring knowledge of Fortinet/FortiGate. You plan and implement customer and infrastructure projects and develop them independently. You are responsible for the administration and further development of our Microsoft environments – including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Intune and Defender. You think security-first: hardening, patch management and secure system configurations are part of every good solution for you from the very beginning and are not an afterthought. You automate processes with PowerShell and Power Automate and thus create real added value. You document your solutions cleanly and actively pass on your knowledge – to employees as well as to customers. What you bring with you - and we are enthusiastic: You have completed IT training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification. You are also very welcome as an experienced specialist with many years of practice in the IT infrastructure environment. Additional certifications or specializations in relevant products and technologies round off your profile. You know Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and virtualization inside out. You think in architectures: whether network, security, backup or cloud – you know how to not only keep systems running but to build them up meaningfully in the long term. You work in a structured manner, prioritize wisely and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
