Deputy Head of Internal Spitex (70-100%) We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence comprises 121 apartments as well as a nursing department with 26 single rooms. At the center of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction. To strengthen our sympathetic nursing team, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality as Deputy Head of Internal Spitex (70-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you with us Co-responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the team (approx. 17 employees) Ensuring work quality, organizational processes, and optimal satisfaction of our residents Responsibility for the professional implementation of assignments in compliance with legal requirements Taking over tasks in the care and support of clients and relatives Needs assessments using the interRAI HC instrument Implementation and monitoring of the nursing process as well as compliance with internal instructions (nursing guidelines, standards, concepts) Participation in internal projects, quality assurance Representation of the Spitex management during their absences No service drives; the care provided takes place exclusively in our residence What you bring with you Diploma FH; HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP Professional and leadership experience in a similar function Sound interRAI HC and IT knowledge Further training in leadership or willingness to complete it High service orientation Reliable and independent way of working with good organizational skills as well as networked thinking Proficient German skills in spoken and written form Communication skills, which you allow to flow empathetically into contact Motivating and employee-promoting leadership personality What you will find with us A responsible and varied activity with a lot of individual responsibility.
