To complete the team of the Intensive Care Service of the Ospedale Regionale di Bellinzona e Valli - Bellinzona site - we are looking for a Assistant Physician in training - Intensive Care (100%) # Profile: ## The physician we are looking for must possess motivation, initiative, and a spirit of collaboration. Like us, they believe in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of our attention. Necessary requirements: ## • Degree/diploma in human medicine; for physicians with foreign titles, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and the relative registration in MedReg is mandatory before starting the activity; • Proven knowledge of the Italian language (required level at least B2) with relative registration in MedReg before starting the activity; • Good knowledge of another national language besides Italian (French, German) and possibly English is desired, but not indispensable; • At least 18 months of work experience in Internal Medicine and/or Surgery and/or Anesthesiology; • Spirit of initiative; good interpersonal and communication skills; • Organizational skills and predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration; • Flexibility and a positive attitude, pleasure in working in a team and collaborating across departments.
