PolyMechanic with CNC Experience for Hydraulic Components

Activity + You disassemble hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and determine their defective individual parts. + The defective individual parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations. + For production, you have conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine at your disposal. + You determine the seals to be replaced on hydraulic components. Then there is the possibility that you: + Equip seals from our own extensive warehouse + Order seals from the supplier + Manufacture seals independently with our state-of-the-art CNC seal manufacturing machine + + You assemble disassembled hydraulic components and test them for functionality on existing test rigs. + You master production-related and mechanical challenges with your creativity. • Requirements + Completed technical vocational training or experience in the defined area of responsibility Independent and active way of working + Good technical understanding + Ability/experience to apply production means in a situation-appropriate manner + CNC experience (milling or turning) + Teamwork and stress tolerance + Enjoyment of craftsmanship • Offer + Insight into the interesting world of hydraulics and the associated mechanics + Single-part production + You see where the manufactured parts are used and understand their function + You don't get a finished drawing served, you manufacture individual parts according to a pattern + Lean, motivated team + Customers from all industries + New, modern infrastructure + No shift work + Health bonus and service premium + Min. 23 days of vacation
