Do you think entrepreneurially, bring structure to complex projects and manage to transform ideas, requirements and technological evolutions into concrete, prioritized and efficient projects? Our transformation program SmartMove@CTA connects processes, data, systems, people and business model innovation - and progressively makes CTA more future-ready. In this newly created key role, reporting directly to the CEO, you assume a central responsibility for the successful development and implementation of SmartMove@CTA. Your field of action • Global responsibility for the planning, management and development of the SmartMove@CTA program, including the roadmap, prioritization and reporting. • Technical direction and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. • Support for new projects from the initial idea to evaluation, prioritization and successful implementation. • Identification of relevant trends in technology, market and digitalization as well as their translation into concrete areas of action and future solutions for CTA. • Thought partner for departments in process analysis, target vision development, digital solutions, data and system integration as well as organizational changes. • Preparation of solid decision-making bases for the CEO and management as well as cross-departmental coordination of strategic projects. Your background • Higher education (FH/HF/Uni) in business administration, management information systems, organizational development or a comparable field. • Several years of experience in program, project or transformation management as well as in demanding digitization or change projects. • Deep knowledge in project management as well as in the evaluation, prioritization and management of cross-departmental projects. • Understanding of digital business processes, data management, system integration and modern enterprise architectures. • Experience collaborating with management, departments, ICT and external partners; industrial experience is an asset. • Structured, action-oriented personality and confident in communication with strong moderation and networking skills.
