To support our team, we are looking for, by agreement, a motivated person Product Expert / Sales Administration (m/f) 100% Your main tasks consist of actively supporting the sales team in administrative and organizational tasks. You organize and accompany test drives for customers and prospects, and collect information on delivery times, accessories and other requests which you transmit accordingly. You are also responsible for the entry, processing and management of customer and prospect data. The coordination and ensuring of a smooth delivery of vehicles are also part of your responsibilities, as is the competent support of customers as a contact person for questions relating to vehicle functionalities. Furthermore, you create a first-class customer experience during the delivery of vehicles and thus advise and support our customers regarding our brands and associated applications, by clearly presenting the possibilities and functionalities of the products. We expect from you a completed technical or commercial professional training. Ideally, you already have experience in sales. You possess good knowledge of German; proficiency in English and French is an asset. An autonomous way of working while being team-oriented characterizes you, as well as a confident attitude. You work efficiently, think in an interconnected manner and have a strong service orientation. Furthermore, you possess a category B driver's license. You will join a highly motivated and dynamic team, which carries out its activities at several sites in Cham and Hünenberg.
