Tasks ## • In addition to managing projects, you are responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of all technical systems. • You are responsible for the building, including the surrounding grounds, and ensure the operational safety of all technical facilities such as ventilation, heating, etc. • You assist with events, set up technical facilities, instruct new employees upon their entry, and support nursing staff with technical questions from residents. • You are the Safety Officer (SIBE) and have such training or will undergo further training for it, and you conduct internal fire protection training. Additionally, you are the Safety and Health Officer (SIGE). • You lead several employees and train apprentices. Profile ## • Enjoyment of contact with residents and high service orientation as well as teamwork, openness, and reliability • Completed manual or technical vocational apprenticeship EFZ with relevant additional training such as, e.g., Facility Manager with federal diploma including leadership training • Willingness to work irregular hours, weekend shifts, and on-call duties • Completed course as a vocational trainer or interest in attending one • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good IT skills (MS Office, CAFM) and a category B driver's license We offer ## Look forward to an exciting field of activity in a professional and team-oriented working environment with a "Du" culture throughout the entire company.
