Under the umbrella of «Center da sandà Engiadina Bassa» (CSEB) / «Gesundheitszentrum Unterengadin», important regional providers in the fields of healthcare and wellness are taking a joint path. The services of the regional hospital, the rescue service, the rehabilitation clinic, the Spitex, the care groups, the nursing homes, and the Mineralbad Bogn Engiadina are optimally coordinated. With this integrated care model, CSEB has pioneered in the region and beyond national borders. Clinica Curativa combines conventional medical excellence with complementary medical expertise. Our integrative clinic stands for patient-centered and holistic treatment in the fields of complementary medicine, psychosomatics, and oncology. It is currently building an innovative and integrative pain center that treats patients with acute and chronic pain in an interdisciplinary and multimodal setting. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a committed personality to lead the Complementary Therapy department due to the retirement of the current incumbent as of January 1, 2027, or by mutual agreement. Together with you, we want to further develop the future of complementary and anthroposophic therapy and build up inpatient pain therapy. Head of Complementary Medicine Therapy (50-70%) Main tasks You will take over the technical and organizational management of the Complementary Therapy department. You will lead, accompany, and promote your team and create a appreciative work environment in which employees can develop. You will support personnel planning, recruitment of new employees, and their introduction and training. You will ensure well-organized processes and smooth operations in everyday life. You will actively contribute to the further development of the department and quality and organizational projects. You will work closely with doctors, nursing professionals, therapists, and other professional groups. You will represent Complementary Therapy in interdisciplinary bodies and share your expertise with colleagues. You will remain active in your therapeutic specialty and continue to accompany patients directly in treatment. Co-design of innovative projects Requirements profile You have a Higher Diploma in Complementary Therapy (HFP) or are willing to acquire it. You ideally have recognition from EMR, ASCA, and/or EGK. You have already gained leadership experience or want to develop specifically in this area. You bring your own anthroposophic-complementary therapeutic specialty. You communicate openly, appreciatively, and meet people with empathy and respect. Collaboration in an interprofessional environment gives you pleasure. You work in a structured, responsible, and organized manner, even in demanding situations. You bring organizational talent, initiative, and the ability to implement decisions clearly and bindingly.
