About us: Our social pedagogical residential group offers children and young people a safe and loving home. In an environment shaped by Christian values, we promote the individual development of young people and support them in unfolding their independence as best as possible. Currently, there are 7 children aged 5 - 16 years who we are happy to accompany through life. We are a small, family-like team and are looking for your support. We are looking for: Committed and reliable specialists who enjoy working with children and young people and accompanying them in their development. Your tasks include caring for the children/young people as well as supporting with everyday household tasks. Your profile: You have completed training in social pedagogy and enjoy working with children and young people. You are responsible and committed to your work. You are flexible and willing to work different shifts (e.g. weekend shifts, night shifts). You are honest and open in teamwork as well. You are also resilient and have both feet on the ground. You have a category B driver's license. You are willing to participate in everyday household tasks (e.g. laundry, cleaning, cooking, shopping, garden & animal care, etc.).
