Assistant Industrialization Manager

Context: On behalf of a Swiss industrial company in the Neuchâtel region, recognized for its technical expertise and the quality of its products, we are looking for an Assistant Industrialization Manager. Main missions: Industrialization & continuous improvement • Lead industrialization and continuous improvement projects, from study to implementation; • Coordinate technical actions between the different departments (Production, Quality, Methods, R&D, etc.); • Ensure the qualification of new equipment in collaboration with the relevant teams; • Identify and integrate new technologies allowing for the improvement of industrial performance; • Be proactive in the optimization of processes, working methods, and performance indicators. Technical support & coordination • Support production teams in order to develop their technical autonomy; • Develop, update, and guarantee the reliability of technical data (items, nomenclatures, ranges, instructions, ERP); • Analyze production data and ensure the quality of technical information; • Participate in the identification of needs in resources, skills, and training; • Depending on your experience, ensure the operational supervision of Methods activities and/or the management of technical files related to tooling and equipment. Profile sought: • HES/EPF Engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or training deemed equivalent; • Minimum 5 years of industrial experience; • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, metal forming, surface treatments, and heat treatments); • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement approaches, an asset; • Proficiency in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks), an ERP (ideally ProConcept), and MS Office tools; • Knowledge in automation and/or programming is a plus; • Good command of English (minimum B2); German is an asset; • Methodical, rigorous, proactive personality, endowed with an excellent analytical spirit and good coordination skills.
