Silicon Microfabrication Engineer

*Introduction* ## For our Research & Development Department, we are looking for an R&D Engineer whose main mission will be to propose and implement research and development projects related to innovative manufacturing or measurement processes, mainly in connection with technologies related to Silicon. *Responsibilities* ## \- Propose and implement research and development projects related to innovative manufacturing or measurement processes, mainly in connection with technologies related to Silicon in the watchmaking field \- Lead cross-functional projects with partner departments (R&D, Industrialization, Production, Industrial Logistics, Quality) \- Lead projects in collaboration with academic or industrial partners \- Formalize and communicate methodologies and results (technical reports, presentations) \- Ensure scientific and technical monitoring in the field of innovative manufacturing processes of interest to watchmaking, in close collaboration with other specialists in the company *Profile* ## • HES/EPF Engineer in physics or microtechnology or equivalent training, specialization or doctorate would be an asset • Proven experience in innovative manufacturing and measurement processes, particularly in a cleanroom environment • Project management experience in an industrial environment • Communicative, rigorous and autonomous, with a pronounced sense of organization and planning • Dynamism, team spirit, curiosity and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, flexible working time solutions and first-class social benefits.
