As an independent, autonomous building materials trader with a full range of products, we are active with around 240 employees in the Zurich economic area – headquarters in Volketswil as well as branches in Zürich, Dietikon, Bülach, Volketswil, Hinwil, Elsau, Jona, Altendorf and Wettingen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged: Clerk Internal Sales Building Materials, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: You advise our demanding customers from the construction industry directly at the counter and on the telephone You accompany and monitor the sales process from order entry to delivery You monitor and control deadlines You process customer complaints and perform general administrative tasks You work closely with the field service employees, purchasing and logistics Your profile: Completed vocational training in the main construction industry Ideally, you already have completed further training in the administrative field Physically fit, resilient and motivated Proficient use of IT programs (ERP) and MS Office Very good oral and written German skills (native language) Preferably, you already have experience in the building materials trade We wish for an independent, team-oriented, honest, resilient, reliable and open personality with qualified experiences.
