What awaits you You create the product strategy and roadmap for motor and property insurance products in the private customer segment, including prioritization according to business case. You continuously develop our product offering as well as the insurance coverages in the motor & property area for private customers. You conduct market, customer, and portfolio analyses and derive measures for product development from them. You coordinate product developments cross-functionally and along the entire value chain in close cooperation with, e.g., sales, pricing, underwriting, and claims department. You are responsible for the collection and formulation of business requirements and coordinate these with internal and external stakeholders. You ensure the quality of implementation in the core systems as well as the contract and customer documents and business processes and work closely with IT. You continuously review target achievement through monitoring and reporting and develop measures for continuous optimization. You support sales communication as well as training in the area of motor and property private. You create presentations and well-founded analyses for decision-making bodies, training, and information events. What you bring with you Completed studies and/or corresponding professional experience in the specialist field at an insurance company. In-depth product expertise in the area of motor and/or property insurance for private customers as well as sound market know-how. Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable environment (e.g., underwriting, claims, pricing). Very good analytical skills and a data-based way of working (e.g., portfolio and claims analyses, KPI tracking) with the ability to derive well-founded decisions from them. High self-motivation, drive, and enjoyment in actively driving changes. Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working as well as enthusiasm for innovative product solutions. Strong communication skills as well as team and customer orientation when dealing with a wide variety of stakeholder groups (sales, claims, IT, etc.).
