TRAINING RESPONSIBLE NURSING (50%)

The Weiermatte home accommodates around 60 older and care-dependent guests. We offer them a pleasant home and provide individual care and support. Thanks to our approximately 100 employees, we are able to ensure the operation of the home and act for the benefit of our residents. We are looking for a TRAINING RESPONSIBLE NURSING (50%) YOUR MAIN TASKS • Responsibility for the technical and organizational management of the practical training of FAGE, AGS trainees and HF students • Participation in the development of the HF degree program • Technical management and coaching of professional images • Conveying practical and theoretical basics • Quality promotion and assurance in the area of nursing training • Active participation in change processes and further development • In the event of employment at 80-100%, then participation in direct care and support within the framework of 30 - 50%, mostly to accompany students/trainees YOUR COMPETENCIES • Completed training as a Dipl.
