What you can achieve • Together with your team leader, you form a strong leadership duo and lead a team of around 20 to 25 employees, both technically and personally. • You ensure efficient processes, act economically, and are jointly responsible for achieving the quality and productivity goals of the Sorting department. • As a strong leadership duo, you work hand in hand, promote team development, and maintain communication. • Through optimal work organization, you ensure good team performance, the active implementation of health protection and occupational safety. • Since our regional package center operates around the clock, you will work various shifts. To fulfill your role model function, you will actively lend a hand and work in day-to-day business. What you bring • You have completed basic training, preferably in the logistics industry. • You are a committed, reliable, and communicative personality who wants to take on leadership responsibility. • You communicate precisely and maintain a fair and appreciative demeanor. Additionally, you are an organizational talent, a team player, and are confidently open to changes. • To be able to support the team actively, you are physically and mentally resilient, so you can work in a multi-shift operation. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German, and good MS-Office skills round out your profile.
