Designing the framework conditions for professional, individual, and need-based care of our day guests. Taking over the professional nursing responsibility at the location. Leading the general day care as well as the specialized day care T65+ for people with mental impairments. Continuous further development of the offerings together with your team. Close cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists. You bring with you: Training as a nursing specialist HF is mandatory. Several years of professional and leadership experience. High professional nursing competence and enjoyment of responsibility. An appreciative and empathetic attitude towards people with mental and/or cognitive impairments. Organizational skill, structured way of working, and good ability to prioritize.
