Your working environment: You join the Operations Management, in charge of the construction phase of all Alpenda projects. Its mission is to guarantee a high level of requirement in terms of quality, safety, respect for the environment, as well as control of deadlines and budgets. Our specialized teams intervene on various projects, in both new construction and renovation, in the residential and functional sectors. In this context, you will play a key role in the coordination and management of works in Valais, by contributing to the operational success of demanding and varied projects. Works Manager M/F Your responsibilities and missions: You participate, in collaboration with the Project Manager, in the development and monitoring of the site schedule for a new housing project, with the possibility of intervening later on other operations depending on the evolution of the activity You organize and coordinate the intervention of the different trades by anticipating access, logistics, and security constraints You manage the works and logistics on one or more lots for which you have responsibility You participate in site meetings and ensure the rigorous maintenance of the site diary You coordinate and supervise subcontractors in order to guarantee the smooth running of the works You establish the tenders for your perimeter, control the measurements and verify the invoices You ensure the administrative follow-up related to the management of your sites You guarantee compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) requirements on your lots or your area of intervention You ensure the application of internal procedures, compliance with ISO standards and the requirements of the Quality Assurance Manual You monitor and control costs, quality, and deadlines in order to ensure the achievement of project objectives Why not you? Do you have training in construction (Works Manager Diploma, architect, engineer or equivalent)? Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in works management?
