Your tasks Benefit review and benefit processing in the accident insurance (UVG) and/or daily sickness benefit (KTG) area Holistic case management from notification to completion Assessment of benefit claims Coordination with IV offices, medical advisors, recovery specialists, and other partners Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing Participation in the optimization of processes and systems Your profile We are looking for a person with basic training in the commercial or medical field Experience in benefit processing of personal insurance In-depth knowledge in the UVG and/or KTG area Affinity for IT applications and system-supported processes Independent, structured, and responsible working method High self-responsibility, flexibility, and team ability French and/or English language skills are an advantage Your future elipsLife offers an inspiring and team-oriented working environment where you can fully develop your skills.
