Driven by a development dynamic, notably through an important residential neighborhood project in the Yverdon-les-Bains region and the realization of a building with a technological character on the EPFL campus, our client mandates us today to identify personalities ready to actively contribute to the success of its projects, as Construction Manager ## Steer ambitious projects, from execution to delivery ### Your responsibilities ## Integrated into the construction management team, you intervene on large-scale projects, both in the field of housing and on complex achievements with high technical requirements. Depending on your profile and experience, you take charge of the management of all or part of the works (shell and core, finishing works or specific lots) and ensure the monitoring of the execution phase, in close coordination with the project teams and the consultants. In this capacity, you are the guarantor of compliance with costs, deadlines and quality, follow the progress of the construction sites and ensure the proper coordination of the companies. You also intervene during the tendering phases when necessary and bring your technical expertise in order to guarantee the smooth running of operations. Present on the field, you play a key role in the success of the projects and contribute actively to maintaining a high level of requirement in their realization. Your profile ## Benefiting from confirmed experience in construction management, you have participated in large-scale construction projects and master the issues related to the execution phase. At ease in the coordination of multiple stakeholders, you demonstrate rigor, organization and method in the monitoring of your construction sites. Your sense of responsibility, your pragmatism and your ability to make decisions allow you to effectively manage contingencies and move projects forward. You appreciate teamwork and integrate naturally into a collaborative environment. Ideally, you have acquired your experience in Switzerland, within an architecture office, a general or total contractor, or a company specialized in construction management, and are thus familiar with local practices. With training in architecture or engineering (or equivalent background), you master the usual project management tools (MS Project, Messerli).
