Job description As Teamleader Production (w/m/div.), you combine personnel leadership with technical expertise. You are a "player-coach" who not only leads your team but also actively supports it in everyday production and acts as a technical role model. You are the link between the Groupleader and Production. Your tasks include: Technical and personnel leadership of a production team You support the conversion of machines, rectify faults, and ensure that the systems run with maximum availability You are responsible for costs, delivery reliability, and above all the quality of the produced parts The active design and optimization of work processes according to Bosch Production System Standards are your responsibilities, where you comply with legal and operational regulations Active participation in the continuous improvement process Qualifications Training: Technical basic training such as polymechanics / automation technology (w/m/div.)
