Your main tasks • Financial & accounting: Independent management of property and STWEG accounting, including preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements. • Debit-/credit- & admin management: Processing of the entire dunning and collection process, liquidity checks, bank reconciliations and payroll accounting for janitors. • Customer service: Competent and service-oriented consulting for tenants, owners and demanding STWEG members. Qualifications Your profile • Education & practice: Commercial basic training with subject-specific further education and several years of experience in property accounting. • Technical know-how: Well-founded and necessarily practice-proven STWEG knowledge (experience with the software ?W&W? is a big plus). • Personality: Independent, solution-oriented and communicative personality with high reliability and pronounced team spirit (mother tongue German).
