Key Responsibilities Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team. Provide physiotherapy sessions adapted to the rehabilitation goals of each patient. Ensure precise monitoring and documentation of patient progress. Collaborate closely with other health professionals to optimize patient care. Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor of Science HES\-SO in physiotherapy or a title deemed equivalent, validated by the Swiss Red Cross Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Spirit of initiative and a proactive disposition for the continuous improvement of care.
