Responsibilities Processing and following up on customer requests in writing (e-mails, forms, internal platforms). Management of simple administrative tasks related to customer service. Updating and following up on files in internal tools. Collaboration with different departments to ensure efficient processing of requests. Compliance with quality standards and current procedures. Profile Excellent writing skills in French. Good command of common IT tools. Sense of service and customer orientation. Rigor, organization and ability to learn quickly.
