The "Finance and Personnel" department of the Biberist site is responsible for the entire group and is looking for team-oriented and motivated reinforcement. What you bring You have a basic commercial training with additional training in finance and accounting. We rely on your several years of experience in finance. You have no reluctance to use computer systems and like to work independently, precisely, and reliably. You enjoy exchange within the team and communication with specialized departments. Your tasks You actively participate in daily operations. Your main tasks include: • Management of various financial accounts • Recording of customer invoices and entry of payments • Accounts receivable management with reminders • Accounts payable, including workflow and payment management • Preparation of VAT returns • Participation in the preparation of annual balance sheets • Maintenance of master data and modifications in the project and service management system • Processing requests from departments What we offer you We offer you interesting and varied tasks in a collegial environment.
