Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Analyze, from the perspective of economics and economic policy, current issues in the fields of social policy, health, and the labor market • Develop position papers on current social and health policy matters for the attention of the SECO management and the department management • Represent SECO within interdepartmental working groups, process parliamentary interventions, and develop substantive reports • Monitor equality policy and family policy (as a deputy) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in economics (master's or doctoral level) • Excellent knowledge of economic theory, labor market economics, social insurance, and health economics • Experience in handling empirical and economic policy issues • Proven experience in project management and negotiation • Autonomy in work and solid writing skills • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In a few words The Labour Market Analysis and Social Policy sector provides the basis for the Confederation's labor market policy and links social policy and economic policy. It monitors developments in the labor market and analyzes the repercussions of policy projects. The issues addressed cover areas such as structural changes in the labor market, digitalization, migration, older workers, as well as themes related to social policy and health.
