Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution <br /> • Implement and contribute to the development of sustainable technical and specialist solutions • Analyze business requirements and implement them effectively • Contribute to the lifecycle management of central IT systems and to project creation • Ensure stable and reliable IT operation • Ensure the availability, security, and sustainability of systems • Work agilely in cross-functional teams and promote the constant development of solutions <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Completed training in computer science with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET/AFC) or higher education (HE/SUP or HES/SFA) in management IT, computer science, or equivalent training • Experience in business analysis and the application of common methods and frameworks (e.g., HERMES, ITIL) or willingness to deepen them in a targeted manner • Experience with the SAP environment or strong motivation to learn SAP technologies • Team spirit, propensity for agile work, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility • Good active, written, and oral knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In summary We design and manage, in a reliable, secure, and lasting manner, SAP applications that guarantee essential performance for the support of people in difficult situations. The SECO Labor Directorate is the Confederation's competence center for labor market policy and unemployment insurance. The Financial Applications and Payments team manages and develops the IT applications for the verification, calculation, and payment of unemployment benefits. It also provides assistance to approximately 2500 users of public and private unemployment funds. The applications have been updated through the key project SIPADfuturo (SAP S/4 HANA CM with Case Management, Social Protection, BRF+ as well as PSCD, SD, FI, CO EC-CS and SDP by Opentext). In this context, we are looking for a motivated and pragmatic person to strengthen our competence center <<CCSAP>>. The person with the sought-after profile will work in a motivated interdisciplinary team, composed of IT experts and specialists who share responsibilities through the common development and management of solutions.
