Senior Manager in Occupational Pension Provision Introduction The Fondation de prévoyance de la métallurgie du bâtiment (FPMB), based in Genève, is a key player in the field of occupational pension provision in Switzerland. We are looking for a Senior Manager in Occupational Pension Provision to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of ensuring the financial security of our affiliates. Responsibilities Ensure the processing and follow-up of files related to old-age, disability and death benefits. Manage cases of free passage transfer, home ownership encouragement (EPL), divorce, buybacks, contributions as well as work incapacity situations. Respond to policyholders' requests by phone, in writing and in reception. Control and validate files processed by the management team. Participate in the preparation and control of technical and administrative closures. Analyze tender requests and changes to pension plans, and provide adapted responses. Contribute actively to continuous process improvement projects as well as to the development of the Fondation. Qualifications The ideal profile for this position has the following qualifications: Confirmed experience of at least 10 to 15 years in the management of occupational pension provision within a pension fund or insurance company. Federal certificate of specialist in occupational pension provision or social insurance, an asset. Excellent mastery of Swiss occupational pension mechanisms (LPP). Very good ease with numbers. Advanced mastery of Excel and usual computer tools. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team. Sense of responsibility, rigor and initiative. Excellent relational skills and strong customer focus. Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written, German or other languages, an asset. Dynamic, committed and service-oriented personality.
