Currently, the establishments of the Groupe Butini welcome 180 elderly people presenting physical and mental health problems within two medico-social establishments. We also manage two day-night centers. Your objectives • Cooperate in the personalized support projects of the residents within an interdisciplinary vision. • Establish care plans, administer nursing care and keep files up to date. Ensure quality oral and written handovers. • Coordinate, support and monitor the activity of ASSC and nursing assistants. • Ensure continuity of care: perform, delegate, monitor, transmit. • Develop a global vision of work distribution and make daily adjustments. • Participate in the welcome of students, apprentices and new employees of their sector. • Perform various replacements in the 4 entities of the group. You possess • A HES nursing degree or equivalent. • Successful professional experience of at least three years in geriatrics. • In-depth knowledge of the elderly in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics and palliative care. • Flexibility, adaptability to move between the different units. • A great capacity to manage stress. • A sharp sense of responsibility. • A great interest in interdisciplinary cooperation. • Oral and written mastery of the French language. • Knowledge and interest in IT tools (computerized resident files, Intranet).
