A healthcare assistant on an hourly contract (40-80%) La Fondation de La Côte's mission is to help dependent people or those with health issues to remain in their living environment for as long as possible. Thanks to its CMS located in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex and Morges, it ensures services to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximize the level of autonomy and favor the social integration of its clients while supporting family caregivers. In order to complete its teams in Nyon, Rolle, Morges Est and Morges Ouest, La Fondation de La Côte is looking for: A healthcare assistant on an hourly contract (40-80%) Missions Perform basic care, family assistance and household assistance at the homes of people presenting a state of physical or mental dependence or a disability. Profile 120h CRS healthcare assistant certificate or Swiss diploma deemed equivalent or foreign certification with CRS equivalence If possible, you already have experience in this field. Besides an obvious interest in advanced age and home care, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary manner. Flexibility is one of your assets (days, evenings and weekends / schedules).
