HR Coordinator/Generalist (80\-100%) / Permanent Introduction Directly on behalf of our client, an internationally active technology company with several locations worldwide and based in the Zürich-Oberland region, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as HR Coordinator/Generalist 100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. Type of Work In this versatile role, as an HR Generalist, you will take on activities in recruiting, HR consulting, as well as personnel and payroll administration. You will recruit for various business areas and manage HR administration throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle, from contract creation to the exit process. You will be supported by an HR Assistant in this. Payroll administration (preparation of payroll data for an external payroll provider) as well as the coordination of time management are also among your exciting tasks. Furthermore, you will participate in various HR projects (e.g., personnel development, employer branding) and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and guidelines. You communicate stylishly in German, very well in English, and further language skills (e.g., ösisch) are an advantage. You are proficient in using MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally SAP HCM and/or Abacus).
