In doing so, you will work with our different identity types, develop innovative solutions, and actively contribute to establishing AXA's Identity and Access Management as a modern, technically skilled service provider. You will move confidently between development, maintenance, automation, and security requirements and help make complex systems simple and efficient to use. In the Data, Technology & Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work nationwide, developing the technology of tomorrow in-house. We also collaborate in global teams and networks. What to expect from you • You will operate and further develop our Identity Governance platform (IdentityIQ by SailPoint) and implement technical solutions with Java, React, and SQL Automated connection of new target systems and their efficient, scalable integration into our IAM landscape • Responsibility for the technical implementation and further development of IAM processes, such as access revalidations. • You will ensure the availability and continuous improvement of our integrated self-services and drive the automation of operational processes forward • You will actively shape the future of our IAM ecosystem, bring in your ideas, and develop them with an entrepreneurial mindset What you bring • Solid programming skills in Java, React, and SQL, as well as experience in building and further developing CI/CD pipelines. Your great interest in artificial intelligence topics rounds out your profile • You think end-to-end, work according to agile principles, and take responsibility for your topics, from idea to productive operation • You communicate openly, give constructive feedback, and use it for your own development.
