For our Academy & Education team in Suhr, we are looking for a trend-conscious, inspiring and enthusiastic personality as Academy & Education Specialist Hair, starting immediately or by arrangement. Academy & Education Specialist Hair 60-80% (M/W/D) WHAT YOU MOVE Definition, implementation & further development of the internal and external training, event and service offering in coordination with the Category Manager and internal interfaces Brand Ambassador Hair for our exclusive brands, as well as participation in the annual train-the-trainer training at the manufacturer Professional support and advice for customers for the DOBI assortment Management of workshops (on- & offline, in the Academy in Suhr and directly with customers in the salon) as well as support of the participants including accompaniment into the specialist market Support of external Academy trainers as well as assistance in their recruitment Responsibility for the training rooms (intact maintenance of the infrastructure, representation of the current assortment etc.) Quality check of the workshops and ensuring compliance with the guidelines Trend and competitor observation Responsibility for product tests and their assessments Assistance with marketing initiatives in close coordination with the responsible interfaces (creation of beauty-hair content, short product descriptions, expert opinions etc.) Building and maintaining partnerships with external trainers, brands, associations and schools Deputy takeover of Active Sales tasks during absences Administrative support for customer inquiries WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU Vocational training as Coiffeur / Coiffeuse EFZ, incl. 3 – 5 years of professional experience SVEB 1 instructor certificate is an advantage Experience in conducting workshops and in developing new and trend-based workshop concepts is an advantage Enjoyment of knowledge transfer as well as working with different target groups Passion for current trends, innovations and modern techniques in the hair area Independent, structured and reliable way of working Fluent German skills in spoken and written WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO With us, you will meet a motivated team - we think creatively, act pragmatically and celebrate successes together.
