HR Assistant We are a non-profit foundation that offers services in the field of nursing and health for people from the municipality of Wald and the surrounding area. In the newly opened Zentrum Rosenthal in 2021, we operate the Rosenthal nursing center with 130 residents with our 250 employees, Spitex Wald Fischenthal, and rent out 33 serviced senior apartments. To complement our HR team, we are looking for an HR Assistant 60%. Your tasks: HR administration in all areas of the HR lifecycle Active participation in the entire recruitment process including creation of advertisements, application management, appointment coordination, conducting interviews, and maintaining contact with applicants Recording of sickness and accident reports as well as processing the received daily allowance statements Support in the preparation of the monthly payroll processing Organization of various tokens of appreciation and events for our employees Participation in future-oriented HR projects What you bring: Commercial training EFZ and further training as an HR Assistant, with at least 3 years of HR professional experience Strong IT skills (MS Office) Professional and discreet personality with stylish communication in German Independent, exact way of working with quick comprehension Proven all-rounder talent Your benefits with us: ????
