Clerk Accounts Receivable Management & Debt Collection (60-100%) To reinforce our team in Zürich, we are looking for a clerk in accounts receivable management & debt collection with a workload of 60–100%, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: Creation and dispatch of periodic invoices Telephone contact with debtors and arrangement of payment plans Negotiation of installment payments and settlement solutions Monitoring and reminding of outstanding claims Creation and dispatch of reminders (1st–3rd reminder) Handover of stubborn cases to external collection agency (Creditreform) Documentation of all collection activities and payment agreements Maintenance of accounts receivable accounting and reconciliation of open items Mail collection, dispatch and general administrative support Reporting on collection success rates and incoming payments You bring with you: Experience in debt collection, accounts receivable management or telephone customer service Negotiation skills and assertiveness on the telephone Completed vocational training (industry secondary) Very good German skills (Swiss German mandatory) Friendly but firm appearance Stress resistance and resilience Discretion and impeccable reputation We offer you: Fixed salary plus attractive success commission on received payments Full coverage or contribution towards further education Workplace in the Seefeld quarter with parking possibilities Flexible working hours Independent work with personal responsibility We look forward to your dossier with: CV with photograph Work certificates Diplomas, etc. Send your application documents electronically or by post to the address below.
