The AxelCare AG, founded in 1997, has its headquarters in Bevaix (Neuenburg) and is active in Switzerland. AxelCare is recognized by the health insurance companies and contributes, through the high-quality care of its multidisciplinary team and in close cooperation with the various actors in the field of home health care, to enabling patients to stay at home. AxelCare offers its services in the areas of ventilation and artificial nutrition for patients at home and in institutions. For the Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Lucerne, Basel region, we are looking for: A Nutrition Consultant, a Nutrition Consultant SVDE 80% - 100% Immediate start or by agreement, permanent employment contract Your tasks: • Autonomous nutritional therapeutic care of malnourished patients at home • Close cooperation with hospitals, Spitex and treating physicians • Care of nursing homes in the nutritional therapy of malnourished patients • Further development of AxelCare AG's services in the region • Training of patients and their environment in the handling of clinical nutrition Your profile: • BSc Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent education • Interest in clinical nutrition and outpatient consulting • Resident in one of the above-mentioned cantons (or near these cantonal borders) • Independent and interdisciplinary work • Flexible, dynamic and investment-ready • Driver's license • Good knowledge in handling common computer programs • French language skills are an advantage Our offer: • Work in a home office (office equipment will be provided) • Company car • 5 weeks of vacation • Great working atmosphere in a young, dynamic team with a flat hierarchy • Discounts in our pharmacy We look forward to you!
